    If you’d like to fill them with filtered water, here’s a trick. Fill a water bottle with filtered water, blow up the balloon with air, pinch off the balloon, put it over the neck of the bottle. The pressure will stay in the balloon and you can just flip the bottle over to fill the balloon.
